Standard Hire –
Rate: R1000 per hour – Includes: Exclusive use of the event space and access to restrooms.
2. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Kitchen Use & Coffee Station Setup: R450 (by prior arrangement only)
Use of Gas Heaters: R350 (by prior arrangement only)
3. CONDITIONS OF USE
1. Damages: The Client will be held financially responsible for any damage to the venue or property during the booking.
2. Time Management: Events must conclude at the agreed-upon time. Any overtime will be billed at the standard rate.
3. Use of Facilities: Access is limited to the event space and bathrooms. Kitchen and other areas are off-limits unless explicitly arranged.
4. Supervision of Children: We currently do not host events involving children unless a dedicated and supervised program is provided.
5. Availability: Most current hire times are Fridays and Saturdays.
6. No food to be eaten in lounges.
